How do I track my package?

Unfortunately, tracking is not available on Marketplace. Please email Marketplace at marketplace@biolabs.io with your requisition number and they will assist with tracking your items.

How does the convenience fee work?

Marketplace charges a 15% convenience fee per requisition- capped at $300.

Why do I not see a certain vendor listed?

If you cannot locate a desired vendor, please email marketplace@biolabs.io with the vendor name, website, and any possible contact information you may have.

How do I expedite shipping or ship overnight?

For rush shipping, email Marketplace at marketplace@biolabs.io. They will call the vendor to change the shipping speed after the order has been distributed to the vendor. For non-punchout vendors, there is a rush shipping checkbox.

Many orders ship overnight by default if they are temperature-sensitive and ship on ice. There may be additional fees for rush shipping if they are not overnight by default.

What happens if I have an order over $8,000? Who approves it?

If you have a large order that totals more than $8,000, it will go to the Marketplace team for approval, not your Biolabs site representative.

Additionally, once Marketplace receives the invoice from the vendor (the time frame depends on item availability), they will generate and send you the corresponding BioLabs statement - within a week of the supplier invoice date. ACH charges would then occur 5 days later, giving you the ability to review and confirm the amount.
